HOW IT WORKS
From product link to tracked delivery
One China-based workflow for sourcing, approval, fulfillment and shipment updates.
- Clear approval points
- One dedicated contact
- Tracking returned
WHAT TO SEND FIRST
Start before every detail is ready.
Send the basics first. JW can review the missing details during the next step.
A product URL, supplier page or reference image is enough to start the first review.
Tell us where customers are located so shipping routes and limits can be checked early.
A rough daily range helps us recommend the right warehouse and fulfillment setup.
Send packaging, label and inspection notes before dispatch.
THE COMPLETE ORDER JOURNEY
Know each step before the order moves.
The workflow stays flexible while every owner, approval and handoff remains clear.

WHEN SOMETHING DOES NOT MATCH

Affected goods or orders are separated from normal dispatch.
Photos, SKU details and the decision needed are shared clearly.
Work continues after approval, correction or replacement.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What to know before you start
Quick answers about setup timing, quality checks, order handoff and tracking updates.
How long does setup take?
Timing depends on the product, sample work, packaging and stock readiness. After the first review, we identify the stages that apply and the dependencies that control launch timing.
Can I start before my store has daily orders?
Yes. Product sourcing, supplier comparison and samples can begin before launch. The fulfillment setup can then be prepared when products and expected order flow are clearer.
Can JW work with my existing supplier?
Yes. Your supplier can send inventory to the JW warehouse while we focus on receiving, quality checks, storage, packing and global dispatch.
What happens when a quality issue is found?
Affected goods or orders can be held, documented and shared for your decision. The exact inspection and approval process is agreed before operations begin.
How do orders and tracking move between our teams?
The handoff may use a supported store workflow, structured order file or another agreed method. SKU mapping and exception rules are confirmed during setup.
